Last updated: 27 February 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of the Green Community Residents portal.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating an account or using this portal, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access is restricted to eligible residential owners and authorized committee or management users. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
2. Community Governance and Regulatory Context
The portal supports governance and communication for jointly owned property administration in Dubai. Operations are intended to align with applicable UAE and Dubai legal frameworks, including UAE privacy laws and Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019 on jointly owned properties and related RERA rules.
These Terms are operational platform terms and should be reviewed by UAE-qualified legal counsel before final legal adoption.
3. Registration, Verification, and Account Security
Owners may self-register by selecting area and unit and submitting required verification documentation. Account access is conditional on committee verification.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, account misuse, or security incidents.
4. Resident Directory and Unit Assignment Controls
The committee and designated operators may review unit assignments and resident records to maintain an accurate occupancy roster, remove outdated access, and enforce community eligibility rules.
5. Content Standards and Conduct
You must use the portal respectfully and lawfully. You must not publish content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful under UAE law.
You must not post or share confidential resident information, personal documents, or media that you do not have the right to disclose.
6. Reactions, Comments, Polls, and Notices
Community features such as reactions, comments, voting, and poll participation are provided for resident feedback and governance visibility. The committee may moderate, correct, archive, or remove content when needed for compliance, safety, or relevance.
Poll outcomes are informational unless explicitly marked as a formally binding committee process under applicable governance rules.
7. Maintenance and Service Requests
Maintenance submissions through the portal assist triage and communication but do not by themselves create guaranteed service timelines unless separately agreed by the responsible management entity.
8. Committee and Admin Rights
Authorized committee/admin users may create and edit posts, manage resident verification, manage records, review reaction sentiment, and access audit logs.
The committee may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, security concerns, or eligibility issues.
9. Intellectual Property and License
The portal software, structure, and branded assets are protected. Residents retain ownership of their submitted content but grant the Owners Committee and authorized operators a non-exclusive license to store, display, moderate, and process content for community governance purposes.
10. Availability, Warranty Disclaimer, and Liability
The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owners Committee and operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from portal use, outages, resident-generated content, or third-party service failures.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Venue
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the UAE and Emirate of Dubai. Property-governance issues may involve relevant competent authorities, including RERA, where jurisdiction applies.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, governance, or service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
